STEP 1
Getting in Touch
Reach out to us at contact@lanyue.studio or open a ticket through our Discord server to discuss your project. You may also reach out via Twitter or Discord DM. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to respond to your inquiries.
Commission Selection
We carefully review each request and reserve the right to decline projects without explanation. Commissions are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment
Once you receive an invoice, payment is due within 3 days. Payment plans are available.
STEP 2
Project Updates
Lan’Yue Studio managers will regularly and frequently check in with you regarding your project’s progression. This will be done in a secure channel within the studio’s Discord Server.
Response Time
Your project manager will respond to any questions or comments within 24 hours. Please ensure you provide timely feedback and approvals within 72 hours. If we don't hear from you for more than five days, we may proceed with the project based on the information we have. If there's no response for more than two weeks, we may consider the project complete or terminate it.
Revisions
For non skeb-style commissions, you'll receive three or more rounds of minor revisions for each service depending on the artist you work with. Major revisions will usually require an additional fee excluding errors.
Requesting more revisions and edits will incur additional fees and potentially alter the delivery timeline.
Official Communication
To ensure clear communication and record-keeping, please keep all project-related discussions within email or Discord.
STEP 3
Delivery
Once your commission is completed, you will receive your carefully packaged deliverables via secure file transfer through email or Discord.

Portfolio Display
We may showcase your commission in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality for a specific period. This will require an additional fee.
Project Closure
Your project will be archived 7 days after the final deliverable is approved. Requests for changes after this period will be reviewed on an as-needed basis.
